Yet the world's deepest pool of public capital — the United States — remains structurally out of reach for most of them.
The barriers are not quality. They are informational and procedural: unfamiliar regulations, fragmented service providers, unclear costs, and the absence of a trusted guide who has walked the road before.
Our vision is to dismantle those barriers — company by company, listing by listing — until the corridor between emerging markets and U.S. public capital is as well-travelled as any domestic route.

- Technology will widen the corridor. Digital securities and tokenization, built within the regulatory perimeter, will make cross-border capital formation faster, cheaper, and more transparent.
